2. Order & Sale Terms

Order Process: You provide your name and phone number via our order form. We call to confirm your details, check your address, and arrange delivery timing.

Contract Formation: Your order becomes a binding contract when we receive your submission and you accept our telephone confirmation.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you commit to is the price you pay at point of delivery.

Payment: You pay upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). Payment options: cash or debit/credit card to the courier. No prepayment required.

Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch without charge by contacting us at +44 20 3982 5714 or info@bloomcartilagefl.world during business hours.

3. Delivery & Risk

Delivery Timeline: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and deliver within 1-2 working days throughout the UK.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the courier collects the package from us. You may refuse delivery if the package is damaged.

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us immediately.

4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, regardless of reason. To exercise this right:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt
  • Return the unopened product in original condition
  • You pay return postage (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item

For food supplements, UK law and EU Regulation permit return of unopened products only.
